How We Help
In 2024, the population in Arizona was listed at 7,582,00 million people. In Maricopa County, some sources say they are 500,000 to 1,000,000 homeless cats and kittens. Many cats get left in apartments and mobile home parks, and we are working as hard as we can to save as many kittens as possible , as well as do as much TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) of street cats as possible. Our rescue also tries to help with food for the loving souls that feed the forgotten cats when they reach out to us for help. At Friends of Felines Rescue of Arizona, we strive to create a compassionate community where cats and humans can thrive together.
